The Keefe Tech pool serves the district as each town's high school swim team practices and holds meets at the school.

Both Framingham and Natick offer use of the pool for their respective communities, as well as the Continuing Adult Education program at Keefe. 

In addition, the town of Framingham offers swim lessons and open swim on weekends.
