Plumbing
The shortage of skilled tradesmen is expected to increase significantly over the next few years. Shop time during sophomore and junior year cover the introduction to the trade and the basic skills needed to become a successful plumber. Senior year shop students have the opportunity to work on the Keefe Tech house building project or to go to work for a plumbing company on co-op. All students will receive three years of Related Theory, Math and Science. Students completing the three-year program can receive up to 1700 hours of work experience and up to 330 hours of related classroom hours towards their Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbers License.
